3. User Accounts and Registration

Fees for consulting services are specified in individual service agreements or statements of work. Unless otherwise agreed:
• All fees are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise specified
• Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date
• Invoices may be issued monthly or upon completion of milestones
• Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate permitted under Swiss law

4.2 Taxes
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including Swiss Value Added Tax (VAT). Clients are responsible for all applicable taxes unless they provide valid tax exemption documentation.

4.3 Expenses
Unless included in the agreed fee, reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with services (travel, accommodation, materials) will be invoiced separately with appropriate documentation.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Website Content
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials ("Content"), is the property of Hachi Connect or its licensors and is protected by Swiss and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 License to Use Website
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include any right to:
• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display Content without authorization

5.3 Work Product and Deliverables

Unless otherwise specified, clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended business purposes, while Hachi Connect retains ownership of methodologies, templates, and pre-existing intellectual property.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties acknowledge that in the course of engaging our services, confidential and proprietary information may be disclosed. We commit to:
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and data
• Use confidential information only for providing services
• Implement reasonable security measures to protect information
• Comply with applicable data protection laws (see Privacy Policy)

6.2 Non-Disclosure Agreements
For projects involving highly sensitive information, clients may request execution of a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with more specific confidentiality terms.

7. Limitations of Liability

7.2 Limitation of Liability
